Came in after a check in light came on a road trip from Houston to Birmingham. Traci in service was amazing. Went out of her way to help and make sure I was safe to travel. Road tested on her lunch break to get me back on the road faster. Awesome dealership.

I had an accident and ended up with a flat tire. The staff in the service department were quick to get my car in and tire replaced so we could continue on our trip.

I was treated like family. Wes was so helpful and knowledgeable about the SUV’s I was so thankful. All the other Salespeople were very nice as well. If I had to deal with anyone it would be Wes Steven’s he is the best person to work with. He goes above and beyond to suit your needs. Thanks for having such a wonderful young man.

I had an appointment for a recall to flash my computer. Showed up by appointment time, they got me right in and in less than an hour, I was on my way. The service writer was very professional.

Friendly and courteous. Took care of everything. Only sidenote is their estimated ready time was way off but sometimes I guess that's expected.

They were very nice and genuine with me. They kept me updated on my vehicle. I will truly go choose them more often if I needed them on any problem with my vehicle. I love them.

Went in because I received recall letter, not quite sure what it was for, but, I had it done. My appointment was set through the customer care center. I went in the dealership, Hyundai Meridian, and they got right on my vehicle and got me out in about 45 mins. The mechanic, I think her name was Tracy, was very friendly and professional and told me other things my car needed. I appreciate her going over and beyond her assignment to help me and my Sonata 👍🏾

Very friendly place. Listened to their customer needs and what they wanted. Helped to find the right fit for my budget. Salesperson (Wesley) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. Would recommend them!

They didn’t try to over sell or upsell services, price was reasonable for the service provided, and the mechanic made sure the job was done right before I left. I’m very happy.

First, there is never parts available at the facility, and always atleast two weeks if not more to arrive. There is seldom if at all NO customer parking

They completely resolved the problem, and I honestly couldn’t come up with a single complaint or criticism if I tried. Every step of the way, I was fully informed and—dare I say—catered to. Since 2022, we’ve purchased a used Silverado from one dealership and a new Jeep from another. Unfortunately, our experiences with those competitors have been disappointing to say the least. This Hyundai dealership and service center truly stands alone in the level of customer care they provide. Mike, Tracy, and their entire team deserve more praise than I can adequately put into words. Moving forward, we will not stray from this family of dealerships.

Very nice people and very good service

While traveling home from New Orleans I had a check engine light coming off and on while driving. Fortunately we were a few miles from meridian Hyundai. Within a few minutes they had my vehicle diagnosed and promptly preceded to update and clear codes. I want to thank everyone at Meridian Hyundai for their prompt service. Everyone was very polite and friendly. The best customer service I’ve ever received. I was 1200 miles from home so I very much appreciated everything they did. With service like this you can’t go wrong purchasing a vehicle from them. Thanks again.
