The buying experience took longer than I anticipated. It took 3 days to purchase the vehicle. Even with all of my documents I was still being contacted needing verification of job and address. I felt my documents turned in were not sufficient for the finance company. When I get off work today I still have to go AMD take documents to the dealership.

The level of customer service is outstanding. Clinton Clark greeted me before I even reached the front door to the dealership, and went the extra mile to make sure i was happy with the car. John Reyes also worked hard to make sure my financial requirements could be met. This is in stark contrast to the Ford dealership, who did not work with me at all in the financial aspects of the would-be sale of a comparably priced mustang just weeks earlier.
Amber was great. I was bear feet after breaking my sandles. She smiled and said she had this happen to her before. I then felt more comfortable to finish shopping and WOW I bought a Tuson . I almost left because of those sandles. Her smile changed that.
