On Memorial Day weekend we had been dumped on I-59 traveling from NO to Birmingham and came to you on a flatbed. Stayed overnight in motel. Traci gave us priority, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and returned the old parts. (Another dealership had supposedly replaced the spark plugs 2000 mile earlier but had not.) Traci's empathy was evident, her communication outstanding. The fix was as quick as anyone could expect and we were on our way home. Your service department did a great job and we will tell this event to friends in Bhm for several months.
It was Phenomenal. Mrs.Traci Freeman deserves a Raise immediately for her Customer Service Period. We were traveling from Louisiana to Tennessee when our check engine light came on three different times. We still had about eight more hours of driving ahead of us and didn’t want to take any chances if something was wrong with the vehicle.

Had an issue with my car since I purchased it from another dealership. Had to take it several times and had a few parts replaced that didn't solve the issue. Problem was completely unpredictable and would not replicate while they had the car. They did not give up and kept my car until it finally happened again They fixed the issue and I am so grateful for Traci and the service technicians that didn't give up on finding the problem with my car.

Hyundai Meridian was my Second stop at a dealership seeking a small car. First dealer had no suitable cars and would not provide an adequate deal on one souped up car. HM has a young worker that was patient, kind, and listened and provided the perfect car, a Venue. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate a necessary car payment. Satisfied
I have bought several cars from Adrian and Mark. I recently went somewhere else and purchased a vehicle and ended up going back to Hyundai after 6 months. The service and experience is always pleasant, although I did miss the free oil change for the first 3 months on a new car. Great place to do business.

Came in after a check in light came on a road trip from Houston to Birmingham. Traci in service was amazing. Went out of her way to help and make sure I was safe to travel. Road tested on her lunch break to get me back on the road faster. Awesome dealership.

I had an accident and ended up with a flat tire. The staff in the service department were quick to get my car in and tire replaced so we could continue on our trip.

I had an appointment for a recall to flash my computer. Showed up by appointment time, they got me right in and in less than an hour, I was on my way. The service writer was very professional.
Friendly and courteous. Took care of everything. Only sidenote is their estimated ready time was way off but sometimes I guess that's expected.

Went in because I received recall letter, not quite sure what it was for, but, I had it done. My appointment was set through the customer care center. I went in the dealership, Hyundai Meridian, and they got right on my vehicle and got me out in about 45 mins. The mechanic, I think her name was Tracy, was very friendly and professional and told me other things my car needed. I appreciate her going over and beyond her assignment to help me and my Sonata 👍🏾
Very friendly place. Listened to their customer needs and what they wanted. Helped to find the right fit for my budget. Salesperson (Wesley) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. Would recommend them!
They didn’t try to over sell or upsell services, price was reasonable for the service provided, and the mechanic made sure the job was done right before I left. I’m very happy.
First, there is never parts available at the facility, and always atleast two weeks if not more to arrive. There is seldom if at all NO customer parking

The people are friendly. The waiting room is comfortable. The ladies at the desk at check in and check out were very friendly and professional. At check out, the lady took the time to walk me out to my car. I appreciated her professionalism. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it took a long time.
