Great Experience !
The oil change, rotation, and recall issue was completed in a very timely manner. The service manager was kind and helpful and the other staff that I saw welcomed me also. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they did not check my air pressure, or maybe their gauges were off from my what my vehicle says. They were quite busy and it most likely just got over looked.
From start to finish my salesman Phil was everything you hope for when buying a new car.

Customer service was excellent and the service was quick and left my car free ffom oil on my interior.
Their service department did a great job this time when I too my car in. I got an oil change and ask them to check the tires and brakes. They returned to tell me that the tires had 50% of their life and the same with the brakes.

rustic but nice people. no hyundai or goodyear tires to replace a road-damaged tire that would otherwise be due for proration. (Damaged tire had only a few miles, purchased at dealer in Asheville about 4 months ago? Not sure how long, but les than 10,000 miles on tire.)

Great service! We were in and out quickly with oil change rotation of tires and 2 recall repairs.
I have to mark my tires every time I go to have them rotated because they don't do it even though I am charged for it. This time I was told that I would need rear brakes the next oil change even though I had all new brakes and rotors put on 1 1/2 years ago. The lady at the desk told me that I had put over 50,000 miles on my car in that 1 1/2 years. Not possible. Needless to say, I had the brakes checked elsewhere and I do not need brakes.

We were traveling from Louisiana to Tennessee when our check engine light came on three different times. We still had about eight more hours of driving ahead of us and didn’t want to take any chances if something was wrong with the vehicle. We immediately searched for the nearest Hyundai dealership, and thankfully, Hyundai of Meridian was only about 15 miles away. We called, and an angel named Traci Freeman answered the phone with such a pleasant and reassuring voice. On Memorial Day weekend we had been dumped on I-59 traveling from NO to Birmingham and came to you on a flatbed. Stayed overnight in motel. Traci gave us priority, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and returned the old parts. (Another dealership had supposedly replaced the spark plugs 2000 mile earlier but had not.) Traci's empathy was evident, her communication outstanding. The fix was as quick as anyone could expect and we were on our way home. Your service department did a great job and we will tell this event to friends in Bhm for several months.

Had an issue with my car since I purchased it from another dealership. Had to take it several times and had a few parts replaced that didn't solve the issue. Problem was completely unpredictable and would not replicate while they had the car. They did not give up and kept my car until it finally happened again They fixed the issue and I am so grateful for Traci and the service technicians that didn't give up on finding the problem with my car.

Hyundai Meridian was my Second stop at a dealership seeking a small car. First dealer had no suitable cars and would not provide an adequate deal on one souped up car. HM has a young worker that was patient, kind, and listened and provided the perfect car, a Venue. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate a necessary car payment. Satisfied
I have bought several cars from Adrian and Mark. I recently went somewhere else and purchased a vehicle and ended up going back to Hyundai after 6 months. The service and experience is always pleasant, although I did miss the free oil change for the first 3 months on a new car. Great place to do business.
