I have so much to say about this dealership and even then it will probably never be enough to thank them for their kindness and professionalism that they showed to me. I was traveling about twenty miles away from Meredian in my Hyundai when a semi in front of me had a object that looked like a massive circular saw fall and roll straight up from his rig I was on a four lane highway and had a car passing on my left traveling at around 65-70mph. I knew that there was not anything I could do to avoid the sharp object from hitting my car It rolled under and sounded as though my entire bottom was ripped out. I had a couple of lights go off and I barely got it off the road. I immediately stopped when I could and traveling alone I was in a panic. I pressed the SOS button on my car and they immediately figured out where I was. Hyundai dispatched a wrecker to tow me and I was told it could be a couple of hours. It only was a hour however they proceeded to check on me during the wait time. The tow driver which was wonderful told me that he would take me to the Meredian Hyundai dealer and If they didn’t have a tire he would drive me on to a tire store or Walmart. We got to the dealership and they didn’t have one. He said he could take me on however the lady that was helping me Ms Kayleigh Evans told him no they would try to find a tire. I have to be honest and Ms Evans did more to help comfort me and reassure me as well as go out of her way to locate me a tire. The dealership then went and picked the tire up and brought it back. Ms Evans kept me up to date continually on the progress. She did not have to do this and they were busy however she did. Then after they came back with the tire they were so professional and kind and proceeded to take care of me even though I wasn’t even a resident of Mississippi and they didn’t know me. I would not ever hesitate to recommend them and could only wish all businesses would have a Kayleigh Evans that worked for them. The entire experience as bad as the situation was in my mind was made pleasant and made me realize how special this dealership was and how wonderful all their employees were. They treated me with so much respect and kindness and I wanted to share. I live hundreds of miles away but I will always remember their kindness they extended to someone that they didn’t know or who purchased the car from them. If they would do this for a stranger think how wonderful they would be to someone locally buying from them. Thanks Kayleigh Evans. You were amazing.

Had some issues with a car that I purchased from this dealership(used). I was told I would get help with the problem and I did,Mark (sales manager) came through like a true professional. Went in looking for one thing and left with something totally different! Mr. Robert was so nice and helpful in assisting us with every single question we had. We had a specific budget and he helped us to be able to stick with it! All of the people here are so nice, ready and willing to help any way they can! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Trey, Joy, and Mark. There were a few issues with the used vehicle title and they jumped through hoops to get it fixed. They are great folks and would gladly do business with them again!

Straightforward and Professional In October, my sister-in-law purchased a new Hyundai Venue the dealership had on the lot. She's not good with car deals so I worked out the numbers over the phone on her behalf with Mark Newell. I'm out of state and could not be there for the actual delivery and paperwork signatures. I'm pleased to report that the transaction went smoothly and exactly as discussed and agreed upon. Mind you, there really aren't discounts on new cars right now so we can't speak to how "fair" the deal was,, but the dealership did not tack anything onto the price nor mess with the numbers or finance rate. Mark was professional and honest and we're very satisfied with the whole process.

You have to be very careful with the service department because they will disable your vehicle to get more money out of you. They locked the wheel on my vehicle and told me I could drive it and it was because they moved the wheel to the front instead of putting them back on the rear of the car. By putting The rear tire on the front of the car disabled the vehicle and they wanted 4,000 dollars for the repair. I had the car towed to another shop and they put the tires back in the right place and that cost me 125. plus the towing. The 4000 dollars was a scam. Please check somewhere else for your service

For about a month, I worked with a sales rep at John O'Neil Johnson Hyundai in Meridian, MS on the purchase of a new 2023 Tucson hybrid limited. They were the only dealership that was getting the exact vehicle I was looking for. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, I scheduled an appointment to purchase and pick it up. As I live out of state, it's about a 4 hour drive to Meridian. I confirmed the appointment Friday for a Saturday pick up and that I had the right form of payment and was assured the vehicle would be ready. I reconfirmed Saturday morning that everything was all set. I was told yes. I also got 2 email confirmations about the appointment Saturday morning, one email Friday and the other Saturday morning at 9:25 am. Approximately 150 miles into the drive, at 10:00 am and an hour before my appointment time I received a call that John O'Neil Johnson Hyundai had traded the vehicle to another dealership. I realize I didn't pay a deposit but I was never asked to pay a deposit to secure the vehicle that I had agreed to purchase. My wife and I drove 300 miles and wasted over 5 hours of a Saturday on a broken promise of purchasing a vehicle. Fortunately, Team one Hyundai in Gadsden, AL was getting the same vehicle in and I purchased from them 2 days later. Highly recommend Team 1, by the way. In any case, beware of very unprofessional and unethical business practices with this dealership. They didn't even reimburse the fuel cost for the wasted trip.

I've been to the dealership, but I was at the auto body shop with my brother's vehicle. It took an entire month and he still had to return the vehicle because the door lock mechanism dislodged. Not my first choice. He had to pay me for transportation. SMH!

Got exactly what I wanted me salesperson Paige showed me how buying a truck could be nice. Not a dreaded pushy thing.

Had a great experience under less than ideal conditions on our part. Buying a car in todays market and supply chain is hard enough and we were in 2 different states, but we made it happen and happen fast. Mark Newell was great to deal with, straight shooter and went the extra mile for us.

I was in the middle of a road trip in my 2014 Veloster Turbo when my "check engine" light went on. I had noticed, heading east on I-20 and going up and down the hills, that the car was having a heck of a time staying at speed (I was attempting to maintain 70 mph and the car kept me around 60). I got a hotel in Meridian and brought the car in the next morning. Although it took the entire day, and had me spend another night in the hotel, Wyatt and the gang were able to figure it out and have it fixed that evening. I only lost a day. To top it off, they hooked me up with a trial subscription to XM Radio! The friendly folks in the service center, the guy who drives the "shuttle", and the hustle they went through because they knew that I was stuck in the middle of a trip on my way back to work; these facts all add up to a 5-star rating. I would take a one-third star off if I could for the quality of the coffee and the disaster that was the waiting room (check out Tony Hyundai in Hawaii), but those are small details that can't come close to overshadowing the great service and friendly people at this dealership! Thanks!

Gave me a great deal on a Hyundai Sonata

Bought my New 2021 Sonata ! We shopped around for months , I’m so happy I shopped around before buying. Paige McDonald was my salesperson , she worked with me on the phone and we made deal . She is the best ! We live in Alabama , when we got to the dealership, Paige had everything ready , car was ready , paper work was ready for us to sign. This is absolutely the best service I have ever seen. She explained everything about the car in detail. You can’t go wrong with Paige !

The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable of the update features. I drove away knowing that I was treated like a valued customer. This was one of the best experiences I've had buying a new vehicle. I did not feel pressured at all, they simply delived just what I asked for. I am certainly going back to buy again in the future and have been telling everyone about their services.

This dealer has very competitive prices! They are so good that I drove 8 hrs and crossed 3 states to purchase Palisade there. Paige McDonald was my sales person. She's really good in communication from the distance and in person. She quickly responded to my questions and provided me information I needed. She called me after I came back to check that I'm ok and don't need any help. Overall great experience with my purchase.
